The default settings automatically prefill your Name, Email, and Phone Number. To edit your personal information, follow these steps:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Click on the Personal Info section.
Upload your profile picture or make changes to any other section under personal info.
Click the Submit button to successfully upload the profile picture or save any changes.
¶c) How to Add or Edit Company and Billing Information
You can update your company profile by editing the ‘Company Info’. Follow these steps:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Company Info’ from the menu options on the screen.
Upload any image in the Company Logo field. This company logo will be displayed to your clients on each Diet pdf, Invoice and your Client’s side App.
Upload your QR Code for receiving payments. Ideally, crop and upload a picture of your QR code's scanning portion (the square) only.
The following fields are pre-set:
Company Full Name
Display Name
Contact Person
Phone Number
Company Email
PAN Number
GST
Country
State
Pin code
8. Check the same billing input field to set the same billing details.
9. Click the Submit button to save your changes.
Once submitted, the uploaded logo and QR code images will be visible on the right side of the screen. These will be pasted automatically on your invoices, diet and your Client's App.
¶d) How to Edit the Billing Address and Social Links
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Company Info’ from the menu options on the screen and scroll down. Enter the relevant details in the following fields:
Address 1
Address 2
Pin code
Country
State
City
Click the Submit button to save the updated billing address.
Also, update your Social links and click on ‘save links’.
¶e) How to Add or Edit Invoice and Banking Details
To update your banking details, you can edit the ‘Invoice Info’ under ‘Accounts’' under Settings tab. The Invoice/Receipt Prefix field will appear on your invoices. Follow these steps to add your banking information:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Invoice Info’.
Enter the required details in the following fields:
Account Holder Name
Account Number
Bank IFSC Code
You can also enter the Invoice Terms and Conditions and Receipts Terms and Conditions in the boxes below (something like: “all sales are final and we offer no refunds”). These will reflect on every invoice that you make.
Click the Submit button to save your information.
¶f) How to Change Colour Themes for your Prim Dashboard
You can customise the appearance of the portal by selecting and applying different themes:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Theme’.
By default, the Prim's Purple Theme is selected.
Choose any other theme from the available options.
You can create and modify organisation pages, such as About Us or Contact Us, which will be accessible to your clients on their App or atdiet.primhub.ai. To add or edit these pages, follow the steps below:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Organisation Page’.
Navigate to the Organisation Pages section.
Click the Add Pages button.
Enter the required information in the following fields:
Page Name
Page Title (can be the same as Page Name)
Page Content
Click the Insert button to publish the page.
¶h) How to Add Dynamic Onboarding and Feedback Forms:
Click on the left-side main menu.
Select the 'Settings' option.
Under Settings, click on ‘Account’.
Choose ‘Forms’ from the menu options on the screen.
Click on ‘Onboarding form’ or ‘Feedback Form’ to edit the relevant form.
You can add/edit the sections, questions like this:
clicking on the ‘edit pencil icon’ to customise the onboarding/feedback form.
Click on ‘+’ icon to enter the other section in the form.
Click on the ‘Save’ to save the Customised Onboarding/ Feedback Forms.
Validity (in days)- For example, if your programme is a 30 day programme, just write ‘30’ here.
Persons Allowed (let this remain as 1)
Optionally, upload an image associated with the program, then proceed to the next step by clicking ‘next’.
Add the programme prices:
Select the appropriate Program Category and Program Prices from the dropdown menu.
Click on ‘Add Price’; then click on ‘Price Currency’ and choose INR.
In the section below titled ‘Price’, enter the amount for which you wish to sell the program. Please only write the amount here. For example: 1500 and not Rs. 1500 or 1,500 or INR 1500.
Click the Submit button to finalise and save the programme.
Select the ‘programme category/name’ from the drop down menu option.
Click on the dropdown menu in price currency.
Click on the ‘Add New Currency’.
Add ‘currency name’ in alphabets e.g rupees, dollar
Enter the ‘currency code’ e.g INR, USD, etc.
Enter ‘Currency Conversion Rate’ in the currency. Write how many INRs amount to 1 unit of such currency. For example, 1 USD= 83 INR, so you will write 83 in case you are adding USD as a new currency.
